How fast do you respond?

Pre-sales questions are answered in under 2 hours during business hours (09:00–18:00 CET, Mon–Fri). Technical support is under 4 hours. Billing and refund questions typically take under 12 hours. Critical outages — servers down, data loss, payment stuck — get 24/7 response.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You get a full refund within 72 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied — just open a ticket with "refund" in the subject. Refunds do not apply to renewals, upgrades, or accounts suspended for terms violations.

Do you offer price-matching?

Yes. If a reputable competitor publishes a lower price for the same RAM and similar DDoS protection tier, send the competitor's link in a ticket — we'll match or beat it.

How do I request custom hardware or a dedicated node?
