How is a referral attributed to me?
When someone clicks your link, we drop a 30-day cookie. If they sign up and pay within that window, the order is linked to your affiliate account automatically.

Do I earn on renewals too?
Commission is paid on the customer's first paid invoice only — straightforward, no surprises for either side. Renewals after the first month do not pay additional commission.

How do I get paid?
When you have a balance to cash out, click "Request cashout" in your affiliate dashboard, paste your bank details (IBAN / BIC / account holder / bank — SEPA or SWIFT), and our team processes the wire manually within a few business days.

Is there a minimum payout?
No fixed minimum, but bank-transfer fees can eat small balances — most affiliates wait until they've accumulated a meaningful amount before cashing out. You can cash out as often as you like.

Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are blocked automatically (the system won't attribute an order to the same account that owns the affiliate link). Same goes for duplicate-account workarounds — they'll be reversed if detected.

What if my audience is outside the EU?
No problem — we pay out in EUR, USD, or GBP depending on the currency of the original invoice, via SEPA (EU) or SWIFT (international). Provide whatever bank fields your local rail needs in the payout request.
