Build the future of game server hosting

ServerPrism is a small remote team obsessed with making game servers actually good — fast, reliable, fairly priced, and a pleasure to use. If that excites you, we would love to hear from you.

Why work with us

We host tens of thousands of game servers across 35+ nodes worldwide, and we move fast — features ship in days, not quarters. There is no committee, no Jira ceremony, and no "we have always done it this way".

Our team is small and remote-first, which means autonomy is real and your work is visible. Every engineer talks to customers, every support person has a direct line to the people who can fix bugs, and ideas are evaluated on merit instead of seniority.

We compete on technology, latency and craft — not on volume discounts. That means the people we hire genuinely care about the work, take pride in solving hard problems, and are happy to dig into a Forge crash log or a BGP route at 11 PM on a Tuesday if that is what it takes.

Remote-first

Work from wherever you are most productive. We coordinate over Discord and async docs.

Flexible hours

Hit your impact targets, manage your own calendar. We trust you to do good work.

Small team

Less than 20 people across the company. Your work is visible and your input matters.

Real impact

Ship something on Monday, customers are using it by Friday. No quarterly roadmap purgatory.

Modern stack

Laravel 12 / Livewire / Tailwind, Go for our wings daemon, Docker, Kopia backups.

No bureaucracy

No standup theatre, no political layers. Just the work, the team and the customers.

Open positions

Three roles we are actively hiring for. Do not see your fit? Pick "Other" on the form and tell us what you bring.

Support Staff / Lead

Remote · Full-time · Shift coverage

Be the first human a customer talks to when something matters. Triage tickets, debug live servers across 30+ games, and tighten the playbooks that keep us calm at 3 AM.

What you will do

  • Own the support ticket queue across paymenter and Discord, hitting first-response SLAs through your shift.
  • Diagnose game-server issues directly on the panel — startup commands, mod conflicts, port allocations, file permissions.
  • Write and maintain customer-facing docs and internal runbooks so the same question never has to be answered twice.
  • Escalate clearly to engineering with reproduction steps and logs when an issue is a real bug.
  • For the lead role: own scheduling, training and quality across the support team.

What we look for

  • · Hands-on experience hosting or admining game servers — Minecraft modpacks, FiveM, Palworld, or similar.
  • · Excellent written English. A second language is a strong plus.
  • · Comfortable in a Linux shell — you can tail logs, edit a config, restart a service without panicking.
  • · Patience. Customers come to us frustrated; we leave them happy.
  • · For lead role: 2+ years leading a support team, comfortable owning shift schedules and quality metrics.

Network Specialist

Remote · Full-time

Own the network layer that 30,000+ players rely on every minute. DDoS mitigation, BGP, IPv6, peering, and the difference between 18 ms and 28 ms in EU-West.

What you will do

  • Design, deploy and operate the network underlying our wings nodes — anycast, peering, edge filtering.
  • Manage DDoS mitigation policies and tune them against real attack patterns.
  • Work with our datacentre and transit partners on capacity, peering and BGP sessions.
  • Triage real-time latency complaints — packet captures, route analysis, traceroutes, and fix the root cause.
  • Document the network topology so an on-call engineer can act without needing to wake you.

What we look for

  • · Strong Linux networking — iptables/nftables, ip route, tc, eBPF basics.
  • · Real BGP experience: announcements, communities, peering policy, looking-glass debugging.
  • · Familiarity with anti-DDoS techniques at the network and application layer.
  • · IPv6 fluency — not just "we have a /64" but actual operational experience.
  • · Bonus: experience with anycast transit, path MTU debugging, or running an ASN.

Software Developer

Remote · Full-time

Build the panel and billing platform our customers use every day. Full-stack Laravel + Livewire on the front, Go for wings on the back, and a real customer ticket from yesterday on your desk every morning.

What you will do

  • Ship features end-to-end across the paymenter panel — schema, backend, Livewire UI, tests, deploy.
  • Maintain and extend wings, our Go-based game-server daemon (Pterodactyl-derived).
  • Build internal tools that make support and network ops faster — automations, dashboards, scripts.
  • Own the billing, provisioning and upgrade flows; these are the rails the business runs on.
  • Review PRs, write design notes, and keep the codebase healthy as we grow.

What we look for

  • · Strong PHP + Laravel; comfortable in a Livewire codebase.
  • · Working Go — enough to debug a goroutine leak in wings and add a new endpoint.
  • · You think in databases — migrations, indexes, query plans are second nature.
  • · Care about correctness: bugs in billing or in container provisioning have real consequences.
  • · Bonus: prior experience with Docker, game-server hosting, online billing systems, or any Pterodactyl-derived panel.
