Support Staff / Lead

Be the first human a customer talks to when something matters. Triage tickets, debug live servers across 30+ games, and tighten the playbooks that keep us calm at 3 AM.
What you will do
- Own the support ticket queue across paymenter and Discord, hitting first-response SLAs through your shift.
- Diagnose game-server issues directly on the panel — startup commands, mod conflicts, port allocations, file permissions.
- Write and maintain customer-facing docs and internal runbooks so the same question never has to be answered twice.
- Escalate clearly to engineering with reproduction steps and logs when an issue is a real bug.
- For the lead role: own scheduling, training and quality across the support team.
What we look for
- · Hands-on experience hosting or admining game servers — Minecraft modpacks, FiveM, Palworld, or similar.
- · Excellent written English. A second language is a strong plus.
- · Comfortable in a Linux shell — you can tail logs, edit a config, restart a service without panicking.
- · Patience. Customers come to us frustrated; we leave them happy.
- · For lead role: 2+ years leading a support team, comfortable owning shift schedules and quality metrics.
