"I was so lost as to why I kept crashing, so I sent my log to Fred in support. He gave a detailed and quick reply which told me why it was happening, where I could spot the error msg, how to fix it and gave a step by step on fixing it. Then he offered to fix it for me, which I couldn't thank him enough for omg. It only took about 10minutes and everything was fixed. I fixed what I needed on my client side end easily with his detailed instructions. Now it works beautifully! The whole ordeal lasted less than half an hour, it was really efficient and well done.
