"Being able to swap my service from my initial plan to anything they offer is a unique benefit that I really appreciate."

"I was so lost as to why I kept crashing, so I sent my log to Fred in support. He gave a detailed and quick reply which told me why it was happening, where I could spot the error msg, how to fix it and gave a step by step on fixing it. Then he offered to fix it for me, which I couldn't thank him enough for omg. It only took about 10minutes and everything was fixed. I fixed what I needed on my client side end easily with his detailed instructions. Now it works beautifully! The whole ordeal lasted less than half an hour, it was really efficient and well done. ServerPrism really does take support seriously! :D"

"When I loaded my server up to test it out for the first time it was booting and generating a plain vanilla world which was really confusing me. I opened a ticket to ask for help and wondering how to fix this and was quickly given a response & Fred was able to sort it out for me! After this fix I had another issue with my voice chat and once again had to open I ticket as I wasn't sure what the issue was. This was also quickly fixed and Fred explained what the issue actually was to me. The support manager is super helpful and nice! I was worried about making too many tickets because I didn't understand any of it but Fred was happy to help."

"Simple to start and modify a GTNH Minecraft server, and cheaper than other suggested options. Lacking Oceania servers, but had minimal lag issues with what's available. Support was very quick, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend for beginners hosting modded Minecraft with friends :)"

"As a student creating a Minecraft server for a university club, the people I worked with made the process very straightforward. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate throughout the entire setup. The support from them made it easy to start up a server and it is very excciting to be able to create a place for students to play together. I would definitely reccomend their service to others that are looking to host a Minecraft server or something similar."
